# Iron Aunties > One-to-one online strength and nutrition coaching for women aged 50 and over, led by coach Yvette Coetzee (ISSA Elite Trainer). Based in Canada, coaching women online across Canada and the United States, and in person, in their own homes, in Kelowna, West Kelowna and Peachland, BC. The main program, Built to Last, runs for 16 weeks. It includes a personalized strength plan rebuilt every four weeks, a weekly coaching call, and practical nutrition coaching (tracking optional). It works for women training at home or in any gym, including complete beginners.
